Down a pound

I'm down a pound to 147 Total loss this round 9 lbs. Last round 16 lbs. About 9 more days on injections to go.) after staying a 148 for 3 days. 3 days seems like nothing after stalling 4 times for 6 or 7 days during this round 2. My caregiver does my measurements but we have no good reference point for the tighs or arms. She seems to measure within several inches. Two weeks ago the right thigh was 22", last week 21", today 23". Does anyone have a suggestion?
