Weigh me - a quadripelgic

Practiced with my trainer - standing on a scale & barely holding on - so as to get my weight without falling.

Packaging more portions

Bought shrimp, scallops, & chicken and have weighed out 100 g portions, bagged them, froze them. Meanwhile eating up the leftover Christmas candy & using salad dressings with high frustose corn syrup - so they're gone !!!

Can I or Can't I

Thanks to Cindy, I have some answers about what I can & can't continue to take while on the HCG challenge. No no's - my favorite gum, tic tacs, hand lotion, Emergen-C, flax seed, fish oil. Yes - Nano Greens, my medicines, aleo vera juice, algeacal plus, probiotics (unless it contains oils or sugars), multivitamin (unless it contains oils or sugars). Cindy referred me back to page 22 of the e-book.

Getting Ready

I've started portioning out 4% fat hamburger into 100g sections and freezing them. Purchased stevia but haven't used it yet. Found Melba toast. Bought some chicken, shrimp, and scallops but haven't divided it yet. Forgot to carry a list of what I need when I went to grocery store but will next time.
