9/16-9/18

Started our Floozie practice. We're learning some silly songs for the chorus numbers of the Melodrama for October. It gets busy with practice on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Plus therapy trips which take an hour + to get to and become an all day affair. More change over in caregivers. My main one is away for 3 wks so I have several people filling in. My weight went down 2 lbs from the steak day from 148 to 146. then 146. Today 148 again. I did not drink much water today. Probably going to try another steak day tomorrow.
