9/14 & 9/15

Now that I can add carbs, its crackers & cheese, cream cheese & crackers. Yesterday I was 146, tiday I'm 148. Bad habits creeping in. Guess I'm going on a steak & apple day today. I don't want to blow my hard won weight loss.

im so jealous, im only on the begining phases and i cant eat any of that stuff, i cant wait til i get further along in this diet and can eat real food again!
