Good day

The diet is going well. Considering I'm a quad, I was able to get my feet on the scale myself while standing with my walker. Letting go & balancing is tough. So reading the scale is hard. I have lost 5 pounds in 5 days as well as 3 lbs from the gorge days. My measurements have changed also! Today we bought some very lean roast beef and top sirloin and fish. Just rotating between very lean hamburger, chicken, scallops & shrimp was getting very tiring. We have been using some onions with our beef and some tomato slices with our lettuce and some strawberries with our spinach. So far so good.

Looks like you are doing very well, congratulations. I wish I could eat beef, just reading about your sirloin makes my mouth water. But for some reason it stalls me. Durn.
