Help needed
How many packages should I be looking for? Where are the needles, the vials, the sterile water? How do I decide what dosage to use 125 IU or 200 IU or ??? My express mail package was completely unsealed at one end. Did something drop out?

The syringes and sterile water are being sent separately. I'm assuming they will arrived next week. I only had the powder and some sodium chloride in my package and it was completely sealed.

Do you know how many vials they were shipping you? They are very small - they'll be a larger vial the 5000IU and a smaller vial. Utilize Cindy's book for figuring out the dosage - and it's very personal I'm using 150IU since it abates the hunger a bit more for me.
Contact Tammy to find out how many vials they shipped you it will be based on the amount of weight you have to lose.
Also, your HCG kit will be shipped separately and is coming from http://www.hcgsupplies.com/test-kit-43-day-hcg-cyc.html . I have not received this yet, from what I have read from other bloggers they have not seen theirs yet either. However, someone had contacted Tammy and they are supposed to be on the way.

Please contact Cindy regarding how much HCG to use as she is the one who advised us on how much needed to be shipped out to each contestant ect.
With regards to your needles ect, they were shipped out to you on Wednesday by HCG supplies and should be delivered to you very early next week.
